DBE offers evaluation to the associations and individuals, individual theraphy within
the positive psychology perspective to the children, adolescents and adults in personal
impovement and evolution process, training and consulting to the associations. DBE
carries out research, sets up systems and creates training programmes which are
open for individuals and specific to professionals, in the direction of improvements
of psychology profession in Turkey.
The Institute was founded by Emre Konuk and provides evaluation, alteration and
development services with its wide range of specialist staff of therapists and institutional

International Coach Federation (ICF Turkey)
Professional Coach Thomas Leonard started ICF in 1995 as a non-profit organization for fellow coaches to support each other and grow the profession. Three years later, buoyed by 70 dedicated volunteers and growing interest, ICF began its quest to raise the profile of professional coaching.
ICF created Core Competencies and built a Code of Ethics, setting the standard in the coaching field. An Ethical Conduct Review Process and Independent Review Board (IRB) were established, allowing consumers to file breach-of-ethics complaints. If we are talking about Baklava, Gulluoglu is the first name that comes into the
mind. Our story began almost 160 years ago in 1871. Gulluoglu is considered as the
biggest 'School' in baklava making as they trained almost all Baklava cooks in Turkey.
